A simply stunning, private, spacious and modern north-facing One bedroom apartment – right next door to the Guesthouse – perched on the highest road against Signal Hill with 180 degree views of Green Point, the Waterfront and the Atlantic Ocean below.
Relax and take in the magnificent views. The apartment is part of a large house that has been renovated into two private apartments. The Villa is on the ground level of the property, below, the house above and is accessed by many stairs leading down from the road and garage.
The open plan living area and well equipped kitchen lead onto a private sunny deck and garden which has spectacular views over all of Green Point to Robben Island, the V&A Waterfront and Cape Town Harbour, Durbanville Hills and the incredible Atlantic Ocean.
An adjustable aluminum pergola above the deck provides shade and additional privacy. Day time shows off with the bustle below you, while the city sparkles for you at night.
A large en-suite bedroom offers you ample cupboard space and mind-blowing views.
Floor-to-ceiling retractable glass doors in the bedroom open up the room and lead onto the garden and deck. In winter, you will wake up to a magnificent sunrise over Durbanville Hills (clear skies permitting) and, if you’re lucky enough to experience a full moon during your stay, enjoy the beauty of its reflection off the ocean below you – lighting up the city and harbour.
The apartment has top quality Hansgrohe, SMEG and Samsung appliances as well as creature comforts such as heated towel rails, a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother, air conditioning, washing machine and a dishwasher. All furniture and glassware have been procured from contemporary premium furniture manufacture, Weylandts.
Self Catering Guests are very welcome at the main guesthouse, to enjoy the salt water swimming pool and all amenities such as the Honesty Bar, or to enjoy breakfast with us at additional charge. Please note access to the main guesthouse next door is by arrangement and subject to availability, which is usually only affected during our High Season or if the guesthouse is temporarily closed for renovations.
The Villa is perfect for solo, couples or business travelers with free WIFI and secure remote operated parking garage.
Access the popular Cape Town beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay; and the nearby popular Sea Point promenade which makes for an interesting early morning amble or late evening walk to view the locals and the sun setting over the sea. Green Point lies between the V&A Waterfront and Signal Hill. With the Atlantic Seaboard stretching along the shimmering coastline to your left, and the working harbour and cusp of the city centre to your right, you are nestled in the middle of a truly unique urban space.
We are always on had to offer our guests assistance during their stay. The apartment has Fast Fibre Internet.
For stays longer than 8 nights, a courtesy weekly or mid-stay clean is offered. Additional cleaning or laundry services upon request at an additional cost, if required.
You can readily access Green Point and it’s surrounds or easily catch an Uber or MyCiTi bus to anywhere you need to go! Green Point is aptly named, with lush parkland linking the city to the sea. It exudes a village feel with narrow villa-lined streets, and a dazzling array of bars, restaurants, sidewalk cafes and stylish shops lining the buzz of the main road, with the magnificent Cape Town stadium dominating the skyline.
